1. Information we collect

Our forms collect your name, email address, phone number, request type and project type. You may also provide your location, project details, preferred appointment date and time, photos or plans. Please include only information relevant to your project and avoid uploading unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to discuss your project, prepare your quotation and coordinate the visit or appointment you requested. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

Within Mstone, access to the quotation inbox is limited to the owner and the partner who prepares quotations.

3. Service providers

Our hosting and email providers process form submissions and attachments so they can reach contact@mstone.ca. We use Resend for email delivery. Resend’s primary processing operations are in the United States, so information may be processed outside Canada and subject to foreign laws.

Our website also displays Google content, including reviews. When this content loads, Google receives technical information from your browser. Google’s handling of this information is described in its Privacy Policy.

4. Security and technical information

The website uses HTTPS. To help prevent repeated or abusive submissions, it also stores a hashed IP-based identifier, request counts and timestamps. These records are not anonymous. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Retention

The owner and quotation partner review older enquiry emails and attachments every six months. Information that is no longer needed is removed, subject to requirements relating to active projects and applicable legal or business obligations. This review does not mean all information is deleted after six months.

Technical anti-abuse records are stored separately and currently do not have automatic deletion enabled. Copies held by service providers may be subject to their own retention arrangements.

6. Your privacy requests

Contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about deletion, withdraw consent or raise a privacy concern. Requests are subject to applicable law and any obligations to retain information. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to handle your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
